Attention Parents,
Beginning Monday, January 5th, Hager Elementary will be offering after school child care, Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:00pm, at a rate of $12/child per day (there is a 50% discount for children of AISD employees). Below you will see a QR code and link to complete the registration if this is something you want for your child. All payments will be electronic (more information will be shared on that for those who use the program). In order to use the after school care, you must complete the form completely and in advance of use as this will help us determine the number of staff needed and working daily.
Other items of note:
All students in grades K-5 are eligible to attend after school care (only at their respective school).
Students will be provided a snack daily,
No district transportation will be utilized, so parents/guardians must pick up their child.
There will be late fee costs (amounts to be determined) if children are not picked up on time.
Students who currently go to the AICC (Child Care Center) who wish to continue using after school child care should do so at the school beginning January 5th as district transportation will no longer be provided to the AICC from Hager Elementary.
The plan is for each elementary to offer after school care beginning next school year as our current child care center will close for good on June 30th.
